Loan Default - design build construction company in payment default on several corporate debt and working capital facilities. Lender group formed and repayment plan accepted outside of a formal bankruptcy process in Southeast Asia.

Loan Default - power plant possibly in loan default for failing to timely submit to then lending agent credit facility required financial information requiring prepayment of the entire balance of the loan. New loan compliance procedures implemented by power plant and default, if any, waived by the lending group in Tunisa.

Poor Construction Workmanship Claims - settled prior to formal arbitration proceeding for electric transmission substations by design build contractor agreeing to remediate defects and to perform new project work at a discounted price in Sri Lanka.

Negligent Engineering Design Claim - settled for cash payment prior to going to insurance carrier and formal arbitration process for cooling water reservoir dam failure during construction process in Thailand
